Citizenship Requirements for Summit Registration

Billington CyberSecurity Summits are only open to citizens of the United States and citizens of US Allied Nations—defined here as NATO nations, nations officially designated as Major Non-NATO Allies, and Mexico, Singapore, and Ukraine.

Confirmation of citizenship status is required during registration and corresponding government-issued photo identification will be required onsite prior to entry.

North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Nations:

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a political and military alliance consisting of 32 member countries from North America and Europe and include the following:

Currently, the following 19 countries are designated as MNNAs:

In addition, Pub. L. 107–228  provides Taiwan shall be treated as an MNNA, without formal designation as such.
