Elizabeth Southerlan is a Principal based in Oliver Wyman’s New York Office. Elizabeth has more than 10 years of experience in consulting leading healthcare and consumer retail institutions predominately in North America, on engagements in a range of areas including corporate and operational strategy, organizational strategic design, contracting and negotiation strategy, product and service line design and launch, cybersecurity, M&A strategy and execution, strategic transformation, and operational performance improvement. In addition, she bridges the gap between the healthcare and technology sectors by leveraging her expertise in technologies like telehealth to support the Cyber Risk platform within the Oliver Wyman Forum, Oliver Wyman’s research and leadership community.
Elizabeth holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. in systems engineering and management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, she worked for another global management consulting firm where she also specialized in healthcare transformation.
