Paul Beckman is ManTech’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a focus on driving efficiencies and growth through secure and technological innovation.
Prior to joining ManTech in 2021, Mr. Beckman spent 15 years as a Senior Executive at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) originally as the CISO for the Headquarters component and ultimately the CISO for the entire Department. Prior to his assignment at DHS, he spent five years working for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon, under their Network Infrastructure Division as their Information Assurance Manager. There he reported directly to the Director of Network Infrastructure on all security issues with respect to the Pentagon’s Backbone and Core Infrastructure.
Mr. Beckman has developed expertise in technology modernization, enterprise cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, privacy and insider threat. He holds many industry-recognized certifications including CISSP, CCSP, MCSE, CCNA, CWNA and CWSP.
He earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Radford University
